Stay Upfront Status

Earlier today there were two occasions where uptime checks weren't completing successfully, which resulted in gaps in your uptime check charts.

We've implemented some changes to avoid this happening in the future.

Included in these changes, we have improved the way "timeouts" are being used on checks so that they will now respect the configured timeout setting.
